**BEFORE SCHEDULING ** Please reach out via Instagram/text/email with name, current nails, nail goals/ inspiration photos and prefer days/ times I do not fill/ do art over other nail tech’s work No pets or extra guests allowed(studio is small and cannot accommodate extra people) **CANCELLATION POLICY ** Same day cancellations, for any reason, are subject to a 40% charge plus service fee or loss of deposit There is a 15-20 minute grace period for late clients, anything later and your appointment will be considered a “no show” and charged accordingly All appointments must be rescheduled/cancelled more than 48hrs in advance otherwise the same cancelation fee applies Please note that if you are 15-20 minutes late for your appt and I decide to take you still, you will be charged for the time booked(even if we’re unable to do the art) **SICK POLICY** Please do not come in sick to your appointment(cancel 48hrs+ in advance) If you show up sick to your appointment you will be asked to leave and reschedule, appointment will be charged as cancelation
